Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://islandtanca.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Island Tan reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.

Scope of Services. Through this Site, Island Tan markets and arranges Tanning Bed, Hybrid Tanning, Red Light Therapy, Custom Airbrush Tan, Natural Spray Tan. All work is performed under separate written agreement.

User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.

Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.

Site Content. Content displayed on https://islandtanca.com is the property of Island Tan or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is forbidden.

Charges. All service fees are agreed in writing in advance. Your service agreement specifies payment schedules and any refund provisions.

Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.

Warranty Disclaimer. Island Tan makes no representations or warranties about the Site or its content. Your use of the Site is solely at your own risk.

Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Island Tan's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.

Hold Harmless. You will indemnify Island Tan against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by CA law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in CA for any dispute arising out of these Terms.

Term Changes. Island Tan may modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting on this Site, and continued use is deemed acceptance.
